Your relationship with the club is like any other relationship. It goes through highs and lows, sometimes linked to the performance of the club, sometimes not. A bit like a marriage, for better, or worse, the only difference being I'm not sure a true fan can ever divorce their club.

"they look like many other boards who barely care about the football"... which boards, can you give examples of other clubs you mean by that? As for not caring about the football, I think it's pretty obvious it hurts Gary Sweet every bit as much as it hurts all of us when things go wrong.
