watching the tv this morning people coming into this counrty are treated far better than people who had always lived here paid NHS and are still paying tax We must be a joke,People are told Go to the UK you will be put up in a posh hottel given pocket money,Life is great,pity it isnt for people who are british,

It is the same for all countries who signed the Geneva Convention in 1949. The convention set rules that each Government in each country has to abide by in the treatment of asylum seekers including having to offer them accomodation and feeding them whilst their applications are being processed. So it is International Law. 250,000 people from Belgium came to the UK in WWII so this is not new.
This time of the year many holiday camps are empty and camp site,when we move back to cardiff in 1968 after 6 years army life and being on the houseing list for 6 years we where offer a filthy dirty house, missing floor board,gas meter hanging off the kitchen wall,Mac had to go before a board to say why we turned it down, Heard later the last tenants had been move to a brand new house,My husband had been born in Cardiff and just serviced 6 year in the army
