think it the same in wales,when we where first married Mac was throwing a cigerette end out of the car,windy day thought it had blown back in,had to take everything out of the back seat, didnt find it,Hope that was the last time he did that,But when i saw witch like brooms, Mac said they were to be used in case of a grass fire
