To answer your question, Yes - It wasn't manned all the time though. We had 2 policeman living by us in Four Acre Drive - One we called Smiler, all the kids hated him. I was that tough, I went to bed without a vest on, and the further you went down our street the tougher they got - I lived in the last house.  |
