Very time we had windy weather I would hear one neighbour bin being blow over,got so you waited to hear it go,could sleep then,new neighbour live in the house now,they have more rubbish so the the bin is too heavy to blow over,
If I took my shopping trolly out when shopping and it was very windy I ,would put a large house brick in the bag,PS we have lots of trees the 2 large oak tree are ok put smaller one have blow over,
