I was told when working with the elderly the mind is like a cabbage,you remember thing in the middle but forget what happened a hour ago,I hate it morning are the hardest, sure it made harder by the blood pressure tablet I have to take, By 4 pm I am much better,I take my meds at 7pm,thank goodnees they are the only ones i have to take,
