Jason make sure that the left cocking rod is tight when it is cocked. Sometimes the peened end at the lifter has loosened and moved. Have you tried reversing the order? Also made sure the long connecting screw from lock to lock is flush on the right side. Sometimes as much as a 1/4-1/2 turn can make the difference. The biggest problem a Hunter One Trigger has is that the gun was taken to a gun smith or someone else that said they could look at it, the gun was working fine, and now it isn't upon re-assembly. John is right Jerry is the best for these triggers and his turn around is also very good when working on these.
