ACTION The action and hammers seem to be covered in rust in several places. I have been told that the rust patches on the action should be worked over with 0000 steel wool and gun oil. Apparently, most will come off, the remainder can be polished off before case coloring since I don't have to worry about any engraving. One of the hammers has an incorrect replacement screw and square washer that seems to work well. Is it possible to find a correct replacement screw to replace the current arrangement? Fortunately, it appears to be on face, even with the forend removed. You may also notice that there are some dings on the action, including what looks like a full hammer hit or two.
