Roger, I'm thinking that you should write an article on this! My opinion is that all Damascus barrels were made in Belgium and Hunter sourced all of their barrels from overseas. I know the connection with the steel factories here in the U.S. but remember that there was steel used in the frames and parts that went into the manufacturing of the guns. From what I have read, getting barrels from Europe was the most economical thing to do since wages over there were a lot less than they were over here so it only makes sense to me that they were sourced there. It has been in writing in quite a few papers and articles. Just my thoughts. Mike
