On the center ribbon the barrel is says hunters arms makers Fulton ny, barrels appear to be demascus and in 12 ga as far as I can tell serial is 31615 and the lc smith on the side appears to be hand engraved you can see a very slight line above and below the letters as a reference line also has a 3 position safety with 2 trigger
