Given the serial number, it looks to be a Transition gun, meaning it probably does not have a makers name on the top of the barrels and would be transition from Syracuse to Fulton, N.Y. when L.C. Smith sold the gun company. Also looks to be a Quality 3 and maybe a 10 gauge by the size of the breech balls.
Whether it can be restored and used, it all depends on what kind of shape the barrels are in. Most of the Syracuse early Fulton has substantial barrel wall thickness, but getting a good gun smith that knows L.C. Smiths would be the answer.
