I have 68-71 Elsie that came out of a collection which I clean once a year and don't shoot. Upon assembly I broke the J spring in the forearm. I am not a smith but am somewhat competent in repair. Is replacing the J spring something I should or should not try myself. The schematic looks straightforward but I am uncertain of the level of difficulty of the replacement procedure?
