To be honest i don't know. Propably an immigrand relative of mine brought it with him from U.S. I need to say here that this summer, a good uncle of mine gave me a Parker VHE 16 ga 1937 which i instantly felt in love with. My late father owned LC without me knowing about it. It was given to him by his brother in law, twenty years ago. When i found it, i went crazy. It was like i found a treasure because i realised it was an LC which i've read about while i was dealing with informations about my PARKER. It was in excellejt condition. Bright new. On the top right barrel it is written:LC SMITH IDEAL GRANDE, on the left top: ARMS CO MFRS FULTON N.Y USA(on the "base-mirror"), under the barrels R22729 LONDON STEEL and in the middle (also under both barrels) C44S. This year hunting season i am seriously thinking to go hunting with 1 1/16 oz cartiges. I am sure my LC can take that much. Thats all about my precious guns my fiend John. Iam very excited about my ELSI. Feel free to give me any useful advice. Coming from you would be a great gift. P.S. May you gave good shots!! Thank you again.
