    In your serial number range it was made in 1898 and is listed as an ejector gun.
    The earlier Grade 1's had laminated steel barrels and after 1907 went to Special Steel or Damascus barrels.
    Grade 2 started with Damascus, and also chain Damascus could be ordered and later to their Crown Steel barrels.

    This is a picture of a 1895 Quality 2 and their is no stampings on the rib. Chain Damascus Barrels.
