    In response to the nice letters of inquiry from Al Gingrich and James Rawlins (in the most recent Newsletter), Dr Bill and I would like to put together a 'Smith Distinction' article about the Gladiator guns made for Sears by Hunter Arms

    Please include serial number, gauge, barrel length, and markings. And please look closely for a faint LLH stamp just forward of the barrel flats.
    We particularly want high quality close up pics which you may send me by jpg attachment, and if one of our PA members would like to contact Al and take pics of his Smith-Gladiator, that would be most appreciated.
