Dear Joe. Sounds like a very interesting gun. Take the lock plates off and look at the small recessed area on the left side of the frame where the small part of the lock plate fits into the frame. It may be marked there , mine is. Would love to see a couple of pictures especially of the skeleton butt plate. Hope this helps. Thanks, John Houchins.
