I have posted in other threads on the forum concerning Polywad Vintagers. I use the Vintager Doublewides - they have a spreader disk in the shell which disperses the shot even more. I shoot them in my 1919 Elsie Featherweight Specialty Grade 12 ga., 28 " barrels, modified and Imp cyl. I use them for skeet and quail hunting and I cannot say enough good things about the results. The first round of skeet I shot with the gun I broke 20 of 25. Not bad for a first effort. The only problem I have with the Vintagers is the cost - now you buy them in a case, loosely packed, of 250 for $105. Since I do not reload, I leave the shells at the club just to see the looks on the faces of the other members when they see the 2 1/2 inch shells! Good stuff!
