Okay, so it's definitely a regular old "fulton". Still it doesn't mention anything about different finishes. The etching is obviously rarer, is there any way to tell how many were made with that exact finish?
And I live in Southeast Pennsylvania right outside of Philadelphia. As far as I know, theres not very many gunsmiths around. I was hoping maybe it was something common that I could fix myself.
