I went through a flat of RST, Polywad, and B&P this year. I patterned all of the above through both of my 20gauge elsies. One shoots skeet/full, the other mod/IM. I found the polywad to be the worst patterning shells of the three. I realize they have fewer pellets/shell, and took that into account. I wouldn't recommend the B&P due to pressures around 10,500 SAAMI, and they are a couple of mm too long. The B&P also had the most felt recoil, (consistent with throwing 15/16 oz of lead). I would recommend the RST shells for patterning, recoil, and pressure. Additionally, they have been pleasant to work with. Rob.
