David, thanks for the post, in the second picture, is that the postion of the triggers and the safety link when in the on safe position, if it is I see what my problem is, I think some nimrod has filed off the trigger where it engages the safety link, if thats the case the triggers are contacting the sears before they have a chance to contact the safety link, Bob
