Phil, glad to hear you were able to fix the problem. If your gun has one screw holding the sidelocks on it is a Regular frame (R), a little different in shape and size of the sidelock plates than a FW (Featherweight). On some guns the serial number will have an R then the serial numbers, and also on some guns the serial number will come first and then an R, no one seems to know what this R stands for.
