If indeed the gun was only used for live pigeon shoots, then the safety and the two triggers would be the ticket. But if the gun was multi-purpose, then the 3 position safety would be a nice feature and still be safe. As mentioned the Hunter One-Trigger is and could be an abomination. I personally like the early Miller One-Trigger with the selector on the safety.
