    Thanks Guys,
Yes I have a lot of restoration to do but I will make it. With your info I have decided to use these orginal barrels as all metal parts have the same number. These are non-ejector & my plan now is to use Guage Mate chamber inserts & go to 20ga. With light loads I can fire a few rounds on occasion. I have restored several rifles but I haven't tried a shotgun yet. This action locks up tight & aside from the refinish (wood & metal) the only thing needed is the firing pins & bushings, ( I have some but they will need extensive work to fit) the safety needs some attention, the rear trigger(I have it also)needs to be installed & the screw that fits just in front of the trigger guard is missing. I have it also but would love to have the tool to line the release lever with the screw hole to install it. I may need some help on the pins & bushings as I don't have a lathe. I am in Idaho just north of Boise--if you know of a good smithy in the area here it would be appreciated. I had one located but before I could get the job to him he moved & I have yet to locate him again. I will do all the other work & then locate someone. Thanks again & I will be reading your Forums daily. Love that gun talk. Thanks again--Ruben.
