I do not know answers to any of the questions you raised. Those are things that should be openly discussed here. If there is people willing to do the work, I am sure we can host this outside of this forum, so as to not cause Jim any furhter work or cost. Volunteers or a volunteer should do this work.
I am very interested in the research side of things and would be more than willing to help out with this project. Need alot more opinions though and some guidance as to the best method to pursue as to creating this, parameters, etc...
