First, I pray for the victims and their families, only time and faith will make things better. Second, as an FFL holder, "there but for the grace of G-d, go I" regarding the dealers. The vagaries of the VA. law and the Federal statute and the courts and the mental health professionals make the whole thing a mine field. Third, as a licensed M.D., I know what HIPPA says and requires and forbids. Fourth, Crazy people do crazy things! Fifth, I'm sure the "Beltway Brains" will solve all our "?problems?" with more laws to protect us from ourselves! Best, Dr. BILL
