I am looking at a Hunter Arms 12 Hammer gun, S.N. 148XXX. According to our website, this was made in 1906. Online seller states that the gun has Royal Steel barrls, 28". Was Royal Steel an option in 1906? Also, seller states the Grade as "F", and I can't find deinitive info on the website about HAMMER gun grades from 1890-1913. I thought letter grades were phased out with the change of ownership from L.C. Smith. Thanks for any help.
