There have been lots of threads on DoubleGunBBS and the 16ga Society attempting to interpret the very confusing relationships between bar, tons, psi, service pressure and proof pressures, and the various ways of expressing each-and I STILL don't get it.
650 bars (9,432 psi) is standard CIP (British and European) service pressure for shells designed for guns proofed at the CIP standard of 850 bars. 850 bar = 3 tons = 12,328 psi
No one here can tell you if that load is safe in YOUR LC, esp. if it has damascus barrels. Let us know where you're from and we might be able to recomend a doublegun specialist smith to check your barrels (measuring wall thickness and examining for pits with a bore scope) and action.
