John, cannot give you an idea of how mnay London Steel guns were made. Can only tell you that they were optionally available from 1907 and that they produced 29,360 O Grade guns. In 1907 the 20 ga., first year out, No O gun was made only with London Steeel barrels. So between 1907 to 1912, only a quess as to how many. As for the crack in the stock, I would take the sideplates off and make sure that there was no oil in the crack, and if you could spread it a little and then you could use your epoxy or you could use cyanoacrylate, which is a cap filling glue, just make sure you clamp it without damaging the surrounding wood.
