Victor, welcome to the site, and congratulations on your new gift to your Dad. From what you are saying about the London Steel barels, it sounds like you might have an Ideal Grade, and in the condition you say it is, I would say yes you paid a good price for it. On the top of the barrels it should say L.C. Smith Ideal Grade on one side and Hunter Arms Co., Fulton N.Y.om the other side. Again congratulations, and I hope that you and your Dad will join the LCSCA.
