Yeah, that's usually the case. I've noticed I do just as well with my double gun as the boys who shoot pumps and autos. They'll shoot three times and I'll shoot twice with usually the same effect. There aren't nearly as many triples shot with automatics as there are doubles shot with double guns and that's a fact. I was really pleased with my shooting and the cartridges I was using. They were all using steel and I had my standard tungsten matrix 1 1/4 ounce loads of #5 shot. All my birds were dead or dying when they hit the water. The steel shooters were firing off a lot of cripple shots to bring theirs to bag. Steel is a lot better than it used to be but it still doesn't have the punch that a heavier type shot does. Destry
