Chris, that hammer gun was made in 1910 and was available with 3 different barrel options, Stub Twist-$20.00, Laminated-$23.00 and Royal Steel-$19.00. The Royal Steel were true steel barrels and not Damascus.
If you look hard at the barrels and don't see a pattern, then they are Royal Steel and would bring a slightly higher price if in decent condition.
