Inherited L C Smith shotgun

Hello everyone,

My fiancé's father passed away and she inherited a double barrel L C Smith shotgun. The serial number is 165286 F and 4x4 is on the bottom of the barrel. It is a 12 gauge. How would I go about having it appraised?
