The right bbl works as normal on all 3 safety selections.

Per your idea, I back off two turns on the rear trigger screw and the lift bbl, rear trigger worked as normal. That allowed the distance between the top and bottom to separate 0.025".
I will remove the trigger tang and place a 0.030 shim between the stock and bottom tang and try again.
