Hi Jerry, Back in town and just saw your generous offer. I have a 12 bore hammerless Damascus LCS 2 grade (or is it “2 quality”?), serial number 23030. It is missing both wood and metal forend pieces.
I hope the pictures below help you narrow them down a bit as they show that the gun has a rotary check bolt, tension rods and is an extractor type.
