If anyone is interested I had a 16 FWEO Field Grade that the barrels were cut. Put a few feelers out and a friend that had a set of barrels also from a Field Grade. Took the parts I needed and took measurements. Everything was done on a drill press and radial arm drill press since I do not own a milling machine which would have made the job a lot easier. Here are some of the pictures, hope you enjoy them. A fairly easy job if you have patience, and are good at measuring. Used a digital vernier caliper.



Hole on right is slightly egg shaped, had to use round file so the extractor would slide smoothly.





The above barrels are as you see are from a 16 ga. Specialty Grade showing the extractor actuator. I had read the reason for this was if the ejector would not extract the shell, the actuator would. I have never encountered that problem, if someone has let us know.
Fun job not much tress like fitting a HOT in a non-HOT stock.
