As a follow-on, so...you're counting the "zipper welds" between the "straight-edge" welds as well? That would explain a lot about the process used to make them, now wouldn't it? And accordingly, two zipper-welds per riband would necessarily mean 3-bars were used. Interesting, I think that's been the missing piece for me. Excellent explanation Sir. Thank you yet again.
