Welcome Thomas: you have the remains of a No. 0 made about 1895. The No. 0 was introduced in 1894, initially with Twist but by at least 1898 'Good 2 Rod Damascus'. Do you have the barrels?
That may explain why the bushings and pins were removed.
There have been bushings and firing pins offered on ebay, but there are no bushings listed now. They would require fitting.
The gun certainly would not be 'safe to shoot' until it has been evaluated by a double gun specialist with the interest, equipment (bore scope and wall thickness gauge) and expertise to properly do so.
