For those familiar with Syracuse guns and Quality 2 guns, you will notice the reduced sculpting and lack of engraving on this receiver.

The prominent points filed onto a Quality 2 are missing from the top on this receiver.

The little embellishments in the line engraving is also missing. The engraving around the rib extension, is reduced to a simple line.
Although I no longer have the locks, they didn't have the sunburst that other Quality 2 I have examined have had.

I sent Lloyd another picture comparing a Quality 2 and this one in the same picture.
Hopefully he will be be able to post it.
The difference is fairly dramatic.
