As promised in my previous post on the stuck snap caps, here are some pictures of the new to me 1904 4E and the letter from Jim. Jim turns these letters around incredibly fast and does a truly fantastic job, we are very lucky to have this, thanks Jim.
I have had a chance to shoot the gun at clays twice now and it works as it should. It has F/F chokes and can certainly reach out if needed. I will replace the recoil pad with a period correct Silvers pad and take the white spacer out of the grip cap, but other than that it really has not been messed with. The gun feels like it's new and had not been shot much.
