Mike,I would have the loads that you were using pressure tested before shooting any more of them.After the "chamber burst"that happened right in front of me at the Southern Side by Side this year,I would test any ammo you plan to use in these old guns.I mean any ammo,whether it be reloads or factory ammo.Things are not what you expect in todays ammo that is made everywhere.Some of this ammo is way over the standard specs in the way of pressure as I have found out.You may want to checkout your gun in the firing pin area if the ammo checks out OK.I use Tom Armbrust Reseach Lab. 815-451-6649.
