A look at the 3 Barbie basics that I bought.

Kenny a.k.a. Skinny Kenny. They didn't mention 'short'. He's at the beauty parlor right now, but he's quite handsome and I think I'll enjoy him.

The gals. I had a problem with the dark hair girl. Her head kept falling to the back and she couldn't hold it in place. I now have a rubber band wrapped around the neck nob-thingy and that has helped but it does affect her range of motion. I'm working on it. Not happy about that. Otherwise I like her.

Biff, the buff Ken got hold of Kenny's outfit and seems to have claimed it for his own.

Love the blond (she had no head problems) and I like the fabric used for her trousers as it has a nice 'hand'. Same comment for the shiny skirt (I usually don't care for shiny fabric, but this drapes pretty well).

But the clothing with the letters all over it is

...reminds me of the knock off gucci etc clothes you find at a flea market. It looks tacky. The dolls themselves are nice. I do like the dresses on the Asian and the AA doll. The Ken doll is a big pass for me.

I love her because she's the Veronica sculpt. the trousers are really nice.
