To my great joy last Wednesday night The Tudors/season two was on TV. Damn late for the working population it was, but despite that and though I own the DVD I simply had to watch my Sir Thomas!!! Oh my! The director was very well advised to do all those terrific close-ups of that expressive, handsome face. It nearly physically strucks me to read his clean-cut, spirited features, if you know what I mean... And whatever he himself has to complain about the series: they were the perfect platform and setting for his huge acting abilities.
