I was expecting a parcel on Friday. The gobshite delivery fella didn't deliver it. I got a message saying he was unable to deliver it as I wasn't in despite me being sat there waiting for it.
They sent me an email with a picture of my front door. I asked had he knocked or rang the bell. They replied no he hadn't. What the fuck???
I rearranged on their website to have it delivered today as they couldn't come back with it apparently.
I emailed them this morning to confirm that it was arriving today as I'd had no confirmation. Got an email back to say, if you've rebooked a delivery then I won't be getting it as their system was down. No letting me know or anything.
Fucking idiots, plus the email had 3 spelling mistakes in it too. Fumes even more.

I had a call from Asda yesterday afternoon saying they couldn't deliver my shopping and would I be able to collect it after 5pm.

I said ok and as a token of their appreciation they said they'd send me a voucher for 10 quid.

The next few minutes I got a voucher for 15 and then another for 5.

About half an hour later the door went and it was Asda with my delivery.

Result all round

Companies that send out parcels in december in boxes with pictures of whats inside of said box.

delivery drivers who just leave boxes on doorsteps in full view of everyone walking past, even worse if said boxes are those with pictures of whats in the box too!

I ordered a load of beer last week (tis the season for Plum and Cherry Porter Gran Reserva from Titanic Brewery) which due to various bottle/can sizes end up in a consignment of three different boxes

So DHL contrived to send the three boxes in three separate deliveries on different days, one which didn't show up, so that's four deliveries over four days I had to be conscious of tracking when they were (or weren't) showing up so I was around

Only recently heard of them.

Two lads from Warrington set up the brand a few years ago.

Annual turnover doubled in 2024 (to c£80m) with decent profits.

Fair play to them.

They've done brilliantly.

Really good customer service as well when it comes to any returns or refunds etc.

I detest going into shops so much prefer to find an online brand (although they now have e a couple of shops) that I know fits me etc.
