I had a call from Asda yesterday afternoon saying they couldn't deliver my shopping and would I be able to collect it after 5pm.
I said ok and as a token of their appreciation they said they'd send me a voucher for 10 quid.
The next few minutes I got a voucher for 15 and then another for 5.
About half an hour later the door went and it was Asda with my delivery.
Result all round
