I stutter.
Sometimes its fine, sometimes its awful.
I do feel it has stopped me progressing career wise though.
There are loads of different types. Mine is kind of like a lack of breath, I just stop breathing and struggle to get it back.
I get proper angry when people don't let me finish a sentence or talk over me, I don't mean finishing words etc (though that is really annoying) just acting like I am not talking at all.
