Yeah but not every kid can/will go there. Put a good setup on offer and the kids will come deffo.
I don’t think we’ve been as bad it seems this last 10 years. The prospects have sort of been there but we’ve never been able to rebuild the setup post Unsworth as the club has been AOTS.
Now we’re getting TFG to come in and sort the club out we should look to this kind of model to get youngesters coming through and in to the first team.
