It's an "event" in the sporting and cultural calendar similar to the monarchs official birthday when families crowd round the tele with home delivery king size pizza and sugary drinks and wait in anticipation for the twelve bells.
It's fuckall to do with sport, fans, football or outcomes. It's just another way to wring cash.
The people with a vested interest don't give a toss what we think.
