It feels like most premier league games involve two teams trying their best to remain solid whilst awaiting a set piece, mistake from the opposition, or a penalty to take the lead. It’s largely dour.

Bournemouth yesterday had 3 players going down feigning injury to waste time, within the first 8 minutes of the game. All of them up and running a minute later after they’d done their job of killing momentum. They carried this on with their throw ins, walking slowly past the nearest ball to collect another, taking an age over goal kicks etc, and refs just let them take the piss.
