I dont know of where we spent money where it wasn't needed?
I cant think of any position where we have an over abundance in the squad at all, where are you on about?

Its all well and good saying we should have signed a striker but we only had so much money and to get a good, experienced prem league striker would have cost an absolute fortune, because it does.

Who would we have got?

And its all well and good saying we spent x on a winger and a full back, but not one person disputed the fact that we needed strengthening in those positions in the summer, in particular the right wing had people clutching their pearls and saying "Just pay what it takes to sign Dibbling" when it looked like we had bids turned down and it wasn't happening.
Maybe those two are not ready yet but if we waited till they were we just wouldn't have got them, they would go to Chelsea or City or something, the only way we can get top players is to get them before they hit their prime because if we wait till they do they wont come to Everton.

Its going to take more than 1 window to sort this squad out, probably more than 2 as well.
