fucking crazy.
i spend 3hrs 15mins on hold listening to billy mahers grand old team on a loop (shudders) before i spoke to a lad who looked into it.
10 minutes later he came back on and said him and a colleague had "turned on some permissions" and lo and behold i was able to buy one a few seats away just now.
it could just as easily be that they hadnt turned the fucking thing on.

How can you tell if someone is a Kopite? If the hat, scarf, T shirt or tattoo isn't enough of a clue, they will have told you within two sentences. Basically, it's a cult.
